I didn't even know you could get 70% or 90% proof Lamb's Navy Rum. My dad drinks it all the time, but never seen any on sale in the UK beyond the standard variety. A normal 70cl bottle at 40% proof averages out at about £15, depending where you shop. If you've got a stronger proof than that then I reckon you could safely add a few quid more on top. I'd give about £20 a bottle, assuming it hasn't fallen off the back of a lorry and is legit. I wouldn't want customs & excise chasing me for something that is illegal in this country and hasn't entered through the proper channels.

I've seen Alfred Lamb's 100 Extra Strong at auction with an estimate of £40.

Other brand overproof rums are available for £25 - £35
