Hair will only grow where there is an established blood supply. If the blood supply has been cut off or is dead, hair will not grow, no matter what products you use. If you are truely interested in growing or regrowing hair in that area, I would recommend seeing a doctor who specializes in hair transplants or something similar.

Try putting vaseline on your edges. That can help the relax a little and grow.
