It's hard to stand out when you're with friends. If you're too far away to speak, just make eye contact, smile and give a slight upward jerk to your head like "hi". How old are you? You sound about 15-16. That's too young to be worrying about these things. If you're older than that, at least 18, just be yourself, have fun, and enjoy whatever your doing. If you have a good, happy attitude, guys will naturally be attracted to you. So just have fun.

Just go talk to him,a woman being aggressive is a great way to get his attention.Just ask him his name,or for the time,or where a certain store is,and start a conversation,if he's interested at all he'll talk to you.
