If a girl is waiting for you to talk to her she'll normally be quiet and observant when ever you are near by. She won't directly look at you but there will be coincidences that are designed to make you notice her.
She won't say anything but she'll probably be smiling slightly and looking happy. When you talk to her she'll be very happy and open.
