translation.com is pretty good i useit for all my german needs. just make sure u click "free translation"and not "human translation" human translation costs money

Translation sites can be free but never GOOD, the only reason is that it doesn't get the CONTEXT of the sentence or the word anyway.
You can try http://babelfish.altavista.com, but I don't know if they have Tagalog.

There is no such thing as a good translation site! Try to find a native speaker!

You can have good, or you can have free. Don't be greedy. There is no substitute for a human brain when it comes to translations.
