my brother,sister-in-law and i just had a discussion on that five minutes ago......he puts two sweet 'n' lows, she puts six to seven TBLS OF SUGAR i put 4 tsps of sugar

2 and a half cups of sugar for a gallon of tea ( I don't make it by the cup.) And probably about a quarter cup of sugar to a 12 oz coffee. I like them really sweet! :)

Coffee: Less than 20 grams of organic unbleached sugar. Usually I use Spenda these days.

I do not sweeten my tea.

For coffee, one and a half tsp. For tea, either none, or a small tsp - depends on the kind of tea.
