I live in Louisiana, U.S. I'm talking the cheapest everything.....you could rent 4-wheelers for a day for about $10 dollars...... Is there such a place?

Argentina is the place to be. Prices have fallen across the board with the peso's devaluation, and Argentina has become a bargain for foreign visitors. Often, prices are less than half of what they were before the economic crisis. Very, very cheap.

I don't know if a 4-wheeler for 10 bucks,
but Argentina is pretty affordable right now.
Great food, beautiful people, amazing landscapes.
Anything you want is there
rain forest, desert, big cosmopolitan cities, beaches, high mountains, lakes, rivers, snow and glaciers !

Malaysia is a very beautiful multicultural country and is cheaper than Thailand. I enjoy Penang, which is an island of the west coast of Malaysia. It is very modern and very cheap. You will not be disappointed. 1 US dollar = 3.68 RMB
