Sliced appled with peanut butter. Fruit: sliced bananas, orange segments, pineapple chunks, grapes (only if they are not small children) and dip fruit into cream cheese/vanilla yogurt dip. Great for adults as a snack too. Mix small container of light cream cheese with small container of vanilla yogurt. Add a spoonful or two of powdered sugar if desired. Mix well and serve as a dip for the above. For an adult twist use cream fraiche instead. Add a little powdered sugar, a splash of balsamic vinegar, mix well and serve over berries. Delicious.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for but what about "Ants on a Log"?

Put peanut butter in celery sticks (make it level or more depending on how much you really like peanut butter) and then put raisins on top of it. It's really easy and it tastes pretty good (and no oven is required!)

Fruit kabobs - cut up peices of their fav fruit (strawberries, grapes, apples, watermelon, & pineapple all work well) skewered onto a tooth pick, you can get or make a strawberry yogurt fluff dip to go with this as well (note, I wouldn't use this with very young children since it involves toothpicks, I would say 8 and up)

Graham cracker sticks + pumpkin cream cheese dip

Fruit salad

Graham cracker sandwiches - spread peanut butter, honey or frosting between two graham crackers

My mom used to roll me peanut butter inside slices of bolgnia. I recall liking it then, but I haven't eaten it in at least 15 years and do not intend to any time soon.

Snack mixes are great. Use chex cereal or cheerios, chocolate chips, dried fruit, marshmellows, little pretzels. You can put what you want and mix it up to make themes.

How about tortilla pinwheels? Spread cream cheese on the tortilla, layer with ham or turkey and lettuce, roll it up, and slice it. Oh, those make good appetizers too.
