Point blank, tell them....document it....send a letter to them and tell them that you are not interested in them coming by....dealing with them face to face in a calm manner....

Then if none of that helps...and it is truly becoming a harassing situation report them to the phone company,,,,the police what ever....

From what you have said it just sound like a crush or something though so just tell them....

try the nice appraoch first, and if they still don't understand english, be rude. If you have caller id, don't answer their calls. as for stopping by, pretend your'e not home? If there is something that they absolutely don't like, do it while they are at your place. while they are at your place, act bored, indifferent, really tired,...etc. maybe they will get the hint and leave. Or you could say, sorry I was just on my way out to meet "so and so", and leave for a while.

Go to the police and take along all evidence you have such as copies of e-mails, etc. Get a restraining order against her. IMPORTANT Change you ISP. It's the only way to stop someone who has hacked you.

That is EXACTLY how you do it, if you are serious.

Tell him or her not to call, not to write, and not to come by
ever again.

Dont be soft. Some people interpret softness as an invitation to
try again.

If the persons do not heed your warning, report them to the police. Stalking is a serious issue

Tell them.......

"You need to know the real me, and the real me is someone who needs alot of privacy. Probably you don't realise that because I have never told you that, so I am telling you now. I need time by myself a lot more than you know, so please could you do me a big favor by not coming over anymore."

As for the calls, use a caller ID and not answer their calls.

You have to be very up front and aggressive about it, that way they will get the hint. Do you want me to stop coming by at 1 AM?

every time they call, ask them if you can borrow some money. Then ask them to help you move and pick you up at the airport. Keep borrowing, and don't pay it back. Belive me, they will be OUT of your life!

im dealing with that also..i have figured out that you cannot be nice about it....cuz they will go on for months.. i have even just said--we can't be friends anymore..i don't like to hurt anyones feelings...i ignore every call..i will not even answer the door..i just sit there very quietly until you go away...some people just don't get it and don't give up..
