couldn't they know that it is rude to stare at other people and makes the victim uncomfortable? I hate guys who stare at girl from far away without talking to them. I swear.

That's because,at times that's the only thing we can do,as the time of day may not allow us to say something or make a good comment,so we are hurried off hoping to see the person at another time to say something or just to admire.
Some of us are just wondering what could i do or say to get her attention,so we stare,sorry to say it that way but its the truth.

Their mamas didn't slap them upside the head is why. Bad manners, being intimidating, think they are so cool and hot, they are with their posse. Boys can be real idiots.
