It is a beautiful Hindi song from the 80's sung by Kishor Kumar. A quick translation is as below:
Love me, Love me
I have asked you for love-do not deject
Sit by my side-and accept
Love me, Love me

How beautiful is the night-Like a bride-2
Feelings have got wings-Let something happen
Love me, Love me
I have asked you for love - do not deject.....

I have seen you before also- I have loved you before also
I have found you so beautiful-Let something beautiful happen
Love me, Love me
I have asked you for love- do not deject....

I ran this through Google and found that
mujhe pyaar karo means "love me".
