what can i do to have perfectly white teeth?

no need to mix, only fine grain salt is very good, once a week you can use small piece of lime rub nicely and gently, rub all around and don't leave the inner side, ... give us a good smile!

Salt will probably erode teeth after a long period of use. Simple brushing helps a lot, use the whitening toothpaste, and ask your dentist. Of course, the lime won't hurt! It contains vitamin c, which is good for you! Just be sure to brush afterwards so the citrus doesn't edge your teeth. Once they get sensitive, even drinking a soda can be painful. :)

Lime and salt don t whiten the teeth it damage try useing lime and baking soda. Twice a week before you no it u have the pretefct smile

Salt helps to clean teeth and helps the gums too. Peroxide and baking soda work to whiten. Lemons and limes can damage the enamel on your teeth.

NO....truth is not the lime n salt,but it's the mustard or any edible oil and salt.It's a proven method and ayurvedic; so no side effects..try this out.it'll definetly work..
