When someone have blood in there poop.Is it something serious they should worry about.

It depends. Is is bright red or dark red? That will tell you if it's a lower GI bleed or upper. It may also be exterior rather than interior. Have you checked the area around your backside? It could also be several other problems such as ulcers, gallstones, kidney stones, etc...should get checked out, could be serious.

Yes, u have to go to the doctor and seek consult.
there are many reasons for blood in stool,
it could be just Hemorrhoids, which are very painful. and it could also be because of a Perforated Peptic Ulcer, or even worse could be a tumor of the colon or rectum.
so its better u get urself checked.

It could mean that you just have hemorrhoids or it could be something more serious. You need to go to the doctor to have it checked out. I wish you luck.

It could just mean you have hemorroids that bleed a little from time to time, or it could mean you are bleeding internally from a deeper area of the bowels or colon, best to have it checked anyway.

2) Could be anal tearing
3) Could be internal bleeding
