I'm always so tired at school throughout the day that I'm not paying that much attention in my motion pictures business class. I get enough sleep and I exercise too but I'm always still tired anyway. What else can I do to keep my self awake and energized?

Snack on fruits like apples, and oranges etc . Trail mix is good to. Stay away from anything thats high in sugar like candy bars. Coffee is always good in a pinch.

Have your thyroid levels checked. Stay away from sugar and try a diabetic diet or small healthy meals not big honking starchy meals. Get some exercise between classes and at break.

Take green tea (pills) and drink a lot of water.

Eat an apple before class.

Breathe deeply.

Ask a buddy to nudge you when you seem to be falling asleep.
