This is pure racist.
First of all, pigs and swines are a rare thing in Muslim and Arab world because Islam prohibited consuming any part of them over 14 centuries ago. Muslims neglected raising pigs and swines, so by time they became non-existent in most Muslim lands (the Arab world is part of the Muslim world).
Second, urine is regarded as very unpure in Islam. In fact, in Islamic law, to make something clean after being soiled by something unpure, you need to wash it only once. Urine is one of few exceptions where you need to wash it away twice.
To put the two together (swine and urine) is something unlikely in Muslim and Arab socities. Your question "What is the reason they do this?" should be replaced by another question: "Why someone that I should trust (ie my teacher) is feeding my innocent mind with false conceptions about other people?" Instead of trying to understand something that does not exist, I suggest you try going to your teacher and ask him/her for a proof of what he/she is claiming.

my friend please tell your teacher that we are normall people we life same as every one living in the world, we have good people and bad , we love and hate same as every one do, but we dont do strange things like this, i never heard all my life that there is a single mature adult did it. if it did happen one day, that woud not means we all do it, and not happen because of he/she an arab, he/she did it because he is crazy person that what we are going to think about peole who do strange things ....

Ok I have been to Iraq and know that is not true. Your teacher has given you some wrong information. The won't touch anything that has to do with a pig because it is against their religion and they consider pigs to be dirty animals. They believe that by eating or touching things that come from a pig can send them to hell.
