1. maybe he just wants 2 get ur friend jeolous.
2. it happens 1st times not many ppl like eachothere,me 4 instace 2 yrs ago,this girl asked me ,but im 2 shy,so i never said no but i never talked 2 her.then after a while i liked her,but didnt have the coureage to tell her.so ye sometimes it happens.

The absolute best way to answer this question is to ask him that exact question. If that's not possible, then ask yourself why would he say that? Who has most to gain from such a revelation? Find the answer to that and you'll be halfway to discovering your answer. Direct communication is usually the best route to travel in this situation.

maybe to see if your a loyal friend ... i wouldn't put much into it, he's off limits no matter what ... or he may be trying to break up your friendship
