Of course not, as long as you dont eat it every day, everything in moderation

Generally yes as everything is generally fried or contains high amounts of fat. However you can make things a little healthier by doing the following:

Grill things rather than fry (Sausages/Bacon etc) this means you do not need to cook it in more fat. Also once cooked use kitchen roll to remove excess fat.

Poach or Scramble eggs instead of frying them, again this will save from cooking in more fat.

Things like tinned tomatoes and baked beans are healty and taste good with a fry up.

Who eats a full English breakfast except on holiday? My guess is yes, cholesterol with cholesterol on the side.

There is a lot of fat and cholesterol in the meal. Though it is luscious I would avoid having one each day. Maybe once a week like on Saturday or Sunday.

Only if you fry it and eat it too often!

Can be quite healthy!

Grilled bacon with the fat cut off
Grilled low fat sausage
Grilled tomatoes
mushrooms fried in a pan that has been sprayed with oil
toast with low fat spread
egg fried in a pan that has been sprayed with oil
2 tablespoons of baked beans

That is quite a healthy meal!

It really depends on the ingredients used and the method of cooking, it also depends how often you eat such things and whether you ever move your **** from infront of the TV.
