What do You think about buying and selling organs?

Do you think the governments should allow people to sell or buy their organs?why? why not? give me some reasons please.

no, it will make it easier for the wealthy to get organs and they may go ahead those who have been waiting for months, they may go to the wrong users, for example a current alcoholic is not considered for a liver transplant, a current smoker not considered for heart or lung transplant etc, money will supersede all the ethical laws, peace
