Theres this girl... and were eally good friends but, like her and she is seeing someone else but it seems like she likes me too
Recently shes seemed all sad and depressed since she got into her last relatinship
but now she is upset and cant talk to me about whats wrong.... i think she broke up with her bf

Well, mate, you said you are good friends. May be not best friends but I think she should tell you what is wrong if you ask her. Tell her that she can tell you anything and you will always listen to her.
Or other way is just give her sometime tfor her to calm down. Do not get on her nerves. I think personally she will tell you, herself after sometime. Ask her what's wrong though once or twice so she will know you care about her.
Give her some time, may be even couple of weeks and ask her again.

juz b there like a gr8 frnd... call her up & ask her like-watz problem,y u r sad,u can share wid me,im always there,try to speak out" sumthing like that... u need to b straight 4ward & frank . .. or u can do is..wait for her call...if she finds u close.she wil tel u & seek help othrwise juz jump into for her help may b she is helpless & i guess the reason is the break up wid her Bf
