Is there a Baskin-Robbins in Stuttgart, Germany, near the Air Base?

My son-in-law is stationed there with the Air Force. They live off base but in Stuttgart. I would like to send my grandchildren Baskin Robbins giftcards to use there.

I know that Ramstein has a Baskin-Robbins. I am not sure about Stuttgart.

I'm pretty sure there is a Baskin Robbins in either Robinson or Patch Barracks in Stuttgart. To be on the safe side, I would send a McDonald's gift card.
