I run a few times a week, mixed in with cardio kick boxing, spinning, step, etc. I am up to about 3.4 miles when I go running. Is that good? I don't run very fast, but I keep an ok pace.

No that is not good. You might start looking skinny like a crackhead or even a looking like a boy from soo much excercise.

it also depends on your time. I can run 6 mile within an hour

Yes, that's very good, much better than running over a skunk, which is what I did yesterday.

Sounds good to me, it all depends on what you're running for...if you're training for a marathon, you'd need more, but if you're just after good fitness levels, you're doing great.

if you are pushing yourself and trying hard, and you thnk it is keeping you in shape, then i say it works
