Your house. Pick up some apples( I suggest Macintosh, Braeburns or Rome) and a couple of bags of caramels and some Popsicle sticks. If your grocery store doesn't carry the sticks, they can be readily found at most hobby and craft supply stores. heat the caramel in a microwave or double boiler until melted. Insert sticks into apples about 1/3 way by making a small slit with a knife 1st into the top of the apple. Dip and twirl the apple in the caramel and allow it to coat the apple. Keep twirling to coat evenly until it begins to cool and soft sets and place on wax paper to finish setting.

You should be able to find them in any grocery store. Look in the produce department.
