I truely don't believe I would ever have to make such a choice. We may not agree on everything in the US but, I believe that in the event we were invaded and conquered, most would die to defend.
Is there a point to this question?

Sounds like other Communist choices : blue shirt or white.
I would choose for my child to be a soldier then at least he / she would have some value to the government.

Well now. If this is the mentality of the governing body where I live I would much rather they do as they will and go about their business then for my children to become one of them that do such things to people.

I would rather fight on if I still have at least one functioning gun, at least 10 rounds of ammo and one cricket bat.
