You could just as easily have asked a native of any Country the same question, for there will be many who don't approve of what is going on in their's. The answer is that they have a feeling of belonging there, and it's home where their friends and relations are. However, if you are on the present "band wagon", people born in Countries of faiths other than Christian may have come here to escape lives of poverty or persecution. So we should be glad to lend them a helping hand, providing they become law-abiding citizens. Anyway, as a Christian, that's my thinking. I guess there's a lot more to the question, though.

Well for me as a Muslim in Australia it's because where would i go....I was born here, I am Australian. Just because i want religious freedom, free from discrimination and ignorance does not mean i want to leave, just as a buddhist would want and get these things. Especially as Australia is an immigrant nation and was founded on the backs of people from all over the globe since its beginning. But i do understand when you say if someone born elsewhere wants the entire fabric of society changed to suit them and their way of living because yes, why immigrate in the first place. But most people don't want this, they just want their way of living accomodated as well as everybody else's. Xenophobia is what breeds this idea that all people "different" want to take over a country, not rationality. Some people may have trouble adjusting but this is life and the nature of the world today where the globe is not a stable place and people have to move and shift around.
But as i said i was born in Australia (so i have nowhere to go), I'm proud of Australia, love my country and it's way of life, but i expect freedom for how i want to live because to say that it is a country of Anglo-Saxon tradition is to ignore the facts and true face of the country.

But there are certain radical religious beliefs one should condemn. No one knows what a racist is anymore because the word died of overuse and misuse, so don't get defensive. People who don't like the UK or the US aren't going to leave, they are going to stay and, as Activists, foment as much descent as possible hoping they will get control to some degree of the body politic. When we drop the evil PC we can make progress.

one, if of legal age in the society in which they live should have the free will and rights to do what they want as long as they abide by the laws rules and mores of that society. if that particular society doesn't satisfy them then they should be able to leave and move elsewhere.

You make it sound easier than it is for people. Perhaps the dont' have the money to leave, and where would they go if they could leave. Try praying for them. There is more power in prayer than there is in critisizing them.
