Yes,
1.If the account was deleted from the login only.
(Through Control Panel > User Accounts)
The account can then no longer be accessed at login, but it still exists under Documents and Settings.Use (Windows)Explorer to find the old account.
2.Use System Restore. This will only work if the System Restore service was active and running and a restore point was set.
3.Use a recovery method like "Restoration"
See http://www.snapfiles.com/get/restoration.html
or PC Inspector File Recovery http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/UK/welcome.htm
These are some of many others and Freeware.
There are also shareware file recovery programs.
This will work if the recovery is started soon after the deletion and if the drive has a lot of free space. The reason is that deleted data wil not immediately be overwritten with new data.
Hope this helps :)

When you delete the windows user accoung, it actully asks you if you want to delete the account and all of the documents, or if you want to save the documents. If you said yes to save the documents you can find them on the computer.
Go to
C:\Documents and Settings\(Type in the user name)\\My Documents
Or you can go to My Computer
CLick on C Drive
Then Documents and Settings
Then click on the folder of the user that was deleted (if it is not here, then there will be no cocuments)
Hope this helps
