hi i have tried to find this out for you but have come up empty handed as far can i tell by getting lists of all London prisons there are no longer any OPEN prisons in the city here is a list of all the ones i could find
Belmarsh
Brixton
Bronzefield
Feltham
Holloway
Latchmere House
Pentonvile
Reading
Wandworth
wormwood scrubs
