short shorts and a tight skimpy tank top as most of my coworkers suggested...did not wear my wedding band or diamond...and I made $127 in tips my first night....I don't smoke much, but my coworkers have also suggested that in addition to skimpy outfits, miniskirts, tight jeans, tight tops, I might also try smoking one of the feminie 120 length cigarettes when I smoke when I am working so that I will look more sexy for tips...as I say..I don't smoke too much except when I go out and when I am working in the bar...should I make the switch to long cigarettes to increase my tips as they suggest?

You must really work a crappy little rat hole of a bar. Where I come from it wouldn't be acceptable for someone serving drinks or food to be smoking while working. And by the way Get Over Yourself!

It is starting to appear that you already know exactly what you want out of life. Apparently your marriage means absolutely nothing if you are willing to forget it even exists for a measly 120.00 in tips. You need to take a good long hard look at yourself. Yesterday it was shorts and tight shirts, today it's smoking longer cigarettes, what will it be tomorrow..... I can just see the next question... "My co-workers at the bar say that I can get better tips if I go into the store room with anybody that asks and have sex with them."
Your life is turning into a train wreck all for a couple hundred bucks. If you can live with being the new town mattress-back..... Live it up! If not, put your freaking clothes back on, toss the cigarettes away, and spend some time at home with your husband.

Do you really or they really feel that smoking is sexy? I can name more men than not who think that's the most repulsive thing a woman can do and a lot of these men smoke!!! I would not danger your health in order to get the extra tips, the money isn't worth it. You're already lessening yourself by dressing the way you do, there's no point in taking it further. Play the part, I understand that, but don't do something your not comfortable with, they will see right through you.

After everything you've done to yourself, including leaving your wedding ring behind you (which I still think isn't right), I can't see how switching cigarettes can make you question yourself. If you're ok with selling yourself to strange men for $127 a night, then I guess there's nothing stopping you.

Anything extra you make in tips you will spend on cigarettes, teeth whitening and mouthwash and shampoo when you get home. The sexiest thing a woman can do (legally) is smile so that each man thinks its just for him. And men, being so egotistical with always think its just for him.
