He had alittle fever last night it seems to be gone now anyone have any idea what would cause this

Yes, take him to the hospital/doctor.
High temps can cause brain damage.
On the lighter side, maybe he just has low blood sugar, but you REALLY don't want to risk it. Go NOW.

maybe he had a bad dream or maybe some reaction to the fever i would take him to the emergency room if it doesnt stop you never know.

he could be having a seizure plz take him to the emergency room as soon as possible
