hi i think i screwed up my first date: I asked boring questions, fumbled a couple of times due to nervousness. I think she was bored but also asked some questions about me. But after i left, she sent me a text msg thanking me for the drink treat & said she had a nice time chatting with me and "see you around in sch."
Should I give up?

No, she may have been just as nervous as you were. What you thought was boredom on her part might have simply been contemplation of what she would say or ask next. Guys aren't the only ones nervous on the first date you know. The ice is broken now so build on what you have and eventually that cold shyness will fade for both of you and you'll be able to open up more around one another. Best wishes to you.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

No! Don't give up... believe it or not, EVERYONE is always nervous on the first date :) She was probably just as freaked out about it as you were.
