Check with an organization called...
Gideons International. (www.gideons.org) They are providers of bibles to hotels, jail ministries etc. and usually distribute for free.

You might check at some bookstores. Garage sales are good to. You should check to see if the jail will let them in. Some only allow paperback, and new unopened at that.

You would be amazed how many guys in prison like to use the pages as toilet paper!
