It has been hoarse for over a month, and my vocal chords are fine.
I can't speak too loud either, and when I'm nervous it gets worse.
Can it have anything to do with the way I breathe?

I've been to the ENT and he said I'm healthy.

Try eating fresh lemons. Not easy, I know, but it helps. If you have allergies, they will most certainly affect your throat/voice.

You say your vocal chords are fine... is that a doctor's diagnosis? I knew someone who had to rest her voice for 2 months. Absolutely no speaking .. otherwise she would have lost the ability to speak altogether.

If you haven't been to a doctor or an ENT (ear/nose/throat), please get yourself there. Something's not right.

Good Luck!

Go and see your doctor mate! it's not normal! you just might have a growth on you vocal cords, benign or not! get it checked out now before it gets any worse! Let us all know how it goes, wont you? Good luck.
