i read it from the net i dont know what it means can anyone help?

the spelling isn't correct, u must write it that way: "affonte tes craintes" which mean "face ur fears".

My french is rusty so I'd recommend going to www.altavista.com . Beneath their search tool is a link to babelfish. Type the phrase in there and select FRENCH TO ENGLISH.

but I do think the spelling is incorrect on that first word: Should probably be

affronter tes craignent
