Oh boy, I just love food way too much to pick just one! I don't discriminate--love all cultural cuisine, but being Italian my taste buds always come down to the Italian. My two favourite dishes are my own homemade pizzas and homemade ravioli topped with the finest of parmesan cheese. You can't buy good food in a jar...no way, no how!

Next to that the best food I have ever had was in Mexico when we were in our 20s we met this rich dude guy who took us (5 of us girls!) to eat at this private beach in a local area where this woman from a restaurant made dish after dish of local seafood and served us right on the beach. WOW...the best was the fried calamari and octopus! Say ewww if you want but we were fighting over that dish! :~)

Tapioca pudding and cream of mushroom soup... of course, I hadn't eaten solid food in two days due to unexpected surgery, but I can promise you that even the best fillet mignon, garlic smashed potatoes, salad with bleu cheese, and spicy zinfandel couldn't have tasted any better! :)
