oh i know where your coming from...the queen of the biters is me, i got so tired of torn skin and stinging fingers and ugly hands that i went and had falsies put on, i kept them on for 2 months, i was getting them treated every 2 weeks so they didn't look scruffy, then i had them removed, funny thing was, i never used to bite my false nails, but when i saw my own nails after 2 months i loved them, the girl in the salon gave me a great manicure and they looked fantastic....i go back once every month and have them buffed and treated, i don't want to bite them any more because i am proud of what my hands look like now, and people are always commenting on my nails and how healthy they look...at first when the false nails come off, your own nail is soft and discoloured, with treatment they can look pretty darn cool...my hands look lovely now, so i do recommend that you go get the false ones put on until your own nails grow...once you see them you will not want to bite them again, you just have to tell yourself off if you get the urge, my nails are Strong and healthy....i love them

I bought some false nails to paste over top my real ones ...it didn't do any good though ... I just ate them right outta the package!!
Seriously, there's a thing called "bitter nails" ... by Sally Hansen ... you apply it to your nails, like a nail polish and it's SUPER bitter. You get a huge taste of it every time you try bite your nails.

There are only 2 known cures.
1. Apply a coating solution purchased at ones local chemist.
2. Apply all fingers slowly but surely up your harris and do not-- I repeat do not smell or wash them for about 12 years.
If these cures fail go to Saudi Arabia and get caught stealing something expensive.

There is this special nail polish you get from chemists and it tastes SO GROSS when you bite your nails so it'll put you off in no time! Just ask your pharmacist about it.
Good luck x

determination, my daughter was a biter then one day when she was 13 she decided to stop, she ended up with fantastic longest nails I ever seen, they are amazingly beautiful. You can do it too if you really want.
