It depends on what context 'I would reccommend ' is used.
'Je vous le/la/les reccommande' is seldom used
'je suggere' (suggest) is more common
'il y a une vue vraiment incroyable'

"recommanderais" sounds a bit formal in French though, you could use "je conseillerais" if you want it more casual ("I would advise").
