Tablets are NOT a good idea!
A sensible and healthy diet, exercise (not working hard at the gym...regular brisk walks are just as good to start with) and plenty of fluids. There is no quick fix for weight loss, although manufacturers would have you think there is. All you will do is line their pockets with your hard earned cash and set yourself up to fail.
There is also the question of side effects, even "natural" products have side effects and natural does not mean safe. Just think that the most toxic substance known to man is a posion from an animal and therefore natural.

Don't go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss.
