Not entirely sure where you live, but I'm in Ontario, Canada. I'm also getting married next August, and we're going to Hawaii for our honeymoon. I also think (after reading one of the other answers) that I am going to wait a few days to a week to leave. Get back to normal, stress free, hehe, then go away and have an awesome time! First of all let me say congradulations on getting married... also thats a great month. I got married August 27th, 2005... We had our wedding in a church and we drove down to galveston, tx. (we are from Dallas) we took a cruise of seven days and went to the Florida Keys, Xel Ha, Mexico (very pretty beach, crystal blue water), and some islands in the Bahama's. Go to the British Virgin Islands. It is easy to get there, the water is blue, the sand is so white and the people are very friendly. I love it there and I am sure that you will too. Go to their website and check it out.

Go to hawaii. It's going to be hurricane season in the carribean. Or try Crete or Sicily. Or you could just do like I did. Go to the best hotel in the city you live in. After breaking in every inch of the room, we went out on our town like we were tourist. We had the best time and so much money.

Go to Brazil. The people, food and beauty are great. Our USD have a great value over there. I Could suggest the beaches at northeast such Praia da Pipa or Trancoso. They are simple and lovely.
