I have been out on a few dates this past couple of weeks and they always go really well, but I never hear back from the guys even though I am not a bad looking girl and we have a good time.. opinions?

I have their numbers but I am not going to call them when they said they will call me... men odnt like needy girls..but hey plenty more fish in the sea :)

This happens very often, to all sorts of women. Men who do this are taking the cowards way out, rather than being honest and up front with you in the beginning. These men are not interested in seeing you again, and because they are insecure, they avoid telling you (in a nice, gentle but honest way) that you don't do it for them. Just keep going...dating is a numbers game.

Don't assume people will call. It's akin to waiting for guys to hit on you. Don't be lazy and think the world revolves around you. Make sure to get the man's number as well. If they don't return your calls then shred the number and move on.
The most likely reason is that they found a better girl or a girl that put out (depending on what the guy wanted) and thus you lost the "game". Remember, there are OTHER WOMEN that he probably met the same day! Procrastination is not a way to victory. If you put the effort into pickup you will get the relationships you wanted.
Infact pickup is not much different than getting a job. You don't hope the employer calls you or that a job falls from the sky!
(p.s. you are convincing yourself to not call, thus being lazy)

I have an opinion , we men are notorious for losing phone numbers and are lucky to find our socks in the morning . So don't automatically think you did something wrong , also we just sometimes think well she probably really didn't want to hear from me again anyway and was just being polite . I'm serious we don't mean it but we do have this problem area , go ahead and give us a call 99% would be very grateful if you did !

Why don't you call them if you are interested in any of them. Men should not always make the first move and maybe they may be thinking you may not be interested if they call or maybe the attitude you put up at that short time with them may put them off.

they are after sex.
and if they sense that your actually not that easy they wont ring.
i asked a couple of guys i went on dates with what happened when i saw them a month or so after the date and they said "you are so flirty in the nightclubs so i thought id get an easy lay"
these guys are just jerks forget about them.

To be honest if they tell you they are going to call and don't then they are just letting you down easy and not wanting to go out again

If you like someone, don't wait for them to call.
That's a recipe for a lonely pie, and you the main ingredient.
Life is too short, live it up.
I love it when girls call me, I don't see them as desperate at all.
I actually feel appreciated that way.

maybe u have not found ur true love yet. Or maybe it has 2 do with character. if u have checked urself and u have seen that it is not u. i guess it's just that u have not found the right one yet
