4. Might have a 12 inch tongue and can breath through his ears
5. Wont have to worry about other women wanting him

2. He probably is better off if you don't fall in love with him. Let him know gently that he is not for you, and then move on.

What do you mean by ugly guy. Physical or Personality wise? Looks and youth aren't forever. The fade as time pass by. Relationships don't lasts on physical attration and lusts. There will come a time when you want to look for more to things than being proud you have the cutest mate, the buffest man, ... etc.

Besides doesn't mean because he's a nerd or ugly. He doesn't know how to satisfy a woman. He may have the attention you want when you talk. The loyalty you look for.

do you have a specific ugly guy in mind? if you do, and you are asking, than you shouldnt. if you dont and are just thinking in general, then this is my opinion. the inside lasts longer than the outside. that would be numbers one thru eight. nine would be that someone who is not considered normal looking is not so stuck on himself and can see others for who they are inside as well. 10, it builds character....
