If course you can: look up avian geographical distribution maps. Here are a few. I've found the most detailed lists here. You'll be looking at the order psittaformes/family psittacidae (near the bottom). Toucans, the rhamphastidae, are on the same page. They're really interesting, too. You'll download the file and unzip it first:

The rest of the site will show you where to go to find distribution maps of African and Australian species' of parrots, or a general map of the entire eastern hemispere.

It depends on the type of parrot. For instance, conures are from south and central America, budgies, teil are from Australia...
