Try eBay.
Meguiars have a list of trade stock on their site,
www.meguiars.co.uk i think from personal experience that their materials are as good, if not better than autoglym. usually the same price retail, so would imagine it would be similar trade.
i have seen a guy delivering autoglym from a van. in my area but wouldn't know how to contact him.

Try S100 instead - superb range of cleaning and valeting products, including commercial 5 litre and 100 litre sizes, with hoses/sprays.
