Yes. Taking too many can give you headaches and just makes you feel down and complete rubbish. Hope it helps. (*^_^*)

Paracetemol has the potential to cause liver damage. It is a drug & not a natural product. If the pain you are taking it for is releived, that is good, but what causes the pain? It would be best to see a doctor to investigate the source of the pain. Taking Paracetamol twice a day short term should be OK, but taking anything long term without a doctor's supervision could be dangerous.

From Wikipedia it seems that you'd have to regularly take about 20 a day to do long term damage, so two a day should be ok.
"The toxic dose of paracetamol is highly variable. In adults, single doses above 10 grams or 150 mg/kg have a reasonable likelihood of causing toxicity.[7] Toxicity can also occur when multiple smaller doses within 24 hours exceeds these levels, or even with chronic ingestion of doses as low as 4 g/day, and death with as little as 6 g/day."

The recommended maximum adult dose of paracetamol is not more than eight 500mg tablets a day (In the USA paracetamol is known as acetaminophen.):-
See reference below or Google [ Paracetamol Acetaminophen usage contraindications]
The main problem with this drug is non reversible liver damage
which in relatively small doses can cause death due to liver failure - a nasty way to end!
Talk to your local pharmacist or medical practitioner as continual intake of any drug can be a problem long term, as it may react with other medicines you take.

It depends why you are taking them. If it's not to relieve pain, then you may have become dependant on them. 2 paracetamol in 24 hours won't do you any physical harm though- your liver can safely process small amounts unless it is already damaged or diseased. Take care :)

yep its bad for u long term if u take them for no reason as you'd become dependent on them like an addiction cause there are side effects to evry medicine. it can also be a strain on your liver having to process 14 paracetamol per week.
i guess if ur doctor recommended it then i'm wrong

It is not good to take paracetamol everyday. In the sense, it causes side effects like gestation.

Have to ask, WHY? There are no beneficial properties to regular paracetamol taking, and, in excess, can damage your kidneys.
