I have shoulder length hair. But it has been this length for a while. But I was wondering is there any certain kind of shampoo and conditioner I can use. If anyone has any suggestions please answer my question.

If you want hair to grow faster, you have to take supplements that work on your body chemistry to support hair's growth and strength at its genesis.....once it has grown out, it is just dead keratin
Try GNC, they make a supplement called "Nourishair" in formulas for men and women..they are HUGE pills and you have to take 2 daily. There is also a "Hair skin and nails" formula from Andrew Lessman that you can google, that has great ingredients and is easier to swallow, made by ProCaps labs. You can also take large doses of Biotin, sometimes called Vitamin H, take no less than 2500 micrograms daily to support healthy hair growth.

no but u can get little trims once in a while to keep the ends healthy. if u want ur hair to grow all u have to do is wait! also, if u have sort of curly hair and u want it to be straight, u can use pantene shampoo which helps straighten

apply conditioner any kind which is good branded and for good hair apply olive oil at night twice a week and feel the difference

Nothing you put ON your hair will make it grow, but you can buy vitamins at healthfood stores that are for nails and hair. That will do the trick.

Well, I would water it every day and use fertilizer. That's what I do in my garden and it seems to work.
I have been called stupid by a lot of people but I do know a few things and this is one of them.

You can put something in it called DOO GRO no W ok so you can just go to the beauty supply store and get DOO GRO!

THERe are products thatelp and no"mane and tail" is not only available in the phillapean. I live in n.c an they have it.
