I didn't file a lawsuit and my mum did know. She still works as a teaching assistant there. She works with that very teacher, who's kind of being discriminating to someone else. She also bullied my brother through his last two years of primary school.

that teacher should be struck off, she should know that everything goes in a teaching job and she should never single someone out because they have a disability...or whatever.....i have never been discriminated but i have heard of people i know being discriminated....these people need to educate themselves, that teacher should not be a teacher....she should be fired, and your mum should put in a complaint too....

You should get a hit man to take them out. Yes I have also been discriminated against. Just stand up to any twats who try to bully you in the future they are just insecure Idiots who would back down as soon as they realise that you are not a push over.

Yes, because I'm a girl, because I'm young, because I was ill...but I try not to let it get me down. We all face some forms of discrimination in our lives, but it's only if we let it affect us that we become a victim.
You have a definite reason to complain if you were discriminated against because of your wheelchair. Speak to your parents, speak to the school and if you still have issues then speak to the head teacher and governors because that is not on.

Yes, when a supervisor address an entire group but doesn't do anything about a person that everyone has to pick up the slack for, the supervisor is discriminating against everyone in the group. It's more like the slack person is getting away with it as he is getting the same amount of pay as everyone else. It is not a case of favoritism as he is an idiot to work with & stabs everyone in the back that has to work with him as a partner. It's everyday torment, it is his culture.

That is sick. I have a friend who is in a wheelchair too and his boss is turning his life into hell. He is smart, sweet, hardworking and generally really nice and no one can understand why she's like that.
I have been discriminated (so I believe) before, mostly when applying for jobs when I had all qualification and experience needed, unfortunately I have blond hair, blue eyes, don't wear a turban and was born in this country.
Good luck to you girl x

Me? No. i'm purely a Christian, Jewish, and African American. not something to discriminate against in any respect. heavily however, i replaced into discriminated against. I recommend I grew up in a white community with a Jewish mom and and Christian father. My mothers and fathers have been additionally in no way married so human beings hated me for that. i replaced into mentioned as "N-----r Jew", and "Love newborn" the main. I have been given mentioned as different names as properly yet those have been the main complication-unfastened.

Yes - Because I was a Protestant.... I used to work for one of the biggest companies in the UK.. I was plodding my way up the ladder - when 1 day I was attending one of those company - " lets build a raft " team building day's - you know - where the smart azz that shouts the loudest impresses the hob knobs - when the conversation turned to Football - are you a Rangers or Celtic man..asked the great giver of Promotions.. when I said Rangers.. he never spoked to me again.. and from that day on he was on my case for no reason what so ever ..

discrimination is everywhere, maybe we do it without realising. I'm a Caucasian in Japan and notice discrimination everyday, I really feel empathy for people of colour in the UK and Muslims these days. Your situation is a little different in that a teacher (who should set examples) was the cause. He/she should be dismissed.
