First of all the growth of a person is guided primarily by the gene he has drawn from his ancestry. That means he or she who is taller is because primarily his or her parents are taller. Secondly a person can augment what's potential to grow taller in his or her physique. For example a person who is tall or short undertakes a regular exercise say 'push ups', parallel bar, etc right from an early childhood could noticeably grow taller by a few inches. Regular exercise and a good balanced diet combined together would certainly provide benefits in this regard. Last but not the least one should never feel let down by the fact that one is shorter. Great scholars, scientists, politicians, literary stalwarts, presidents, prime ministers, artists etc are shorter yet what they achieved in the world could not be achieved by their taller contemporaries. hope that puts confidence in you mate.

Several ways.
1. Start taking human growth hormone. HGH may provide your body with something that was missing in the past.

2. Get yourself a gravity guider. They go by several different names, but you put on these gravity boots, that you strap on your legs, and there large hooks just above your feet. You then lean back and the inversion table will turn you upside down. This reverses the gravitational pull on your body and will stretch you out.

3. Visualize yourself being taller, picture yourself as being the height you wish to be. The human mind is very powerful when you learn how to use it.

Even at the young age of 20, you are too old for hormone therapy. In order for hormone therapy to work it has to be started at the onset of puberty. Hormone therapy comes in at a hefty price of about 30 grand a year. Insurance companies will not foot the bill. Work on the inside to be the biggest person you can be. It's self confidence that can make you bigger than the rest of us. Walk around like you are 6 ft tall you'll never feel small unless someone points it out to you. If you're worried about that person who might say something, believe me you are already bigger than they are.
