You haven' t specified as to exactly what had happened so I can only assume that you were in some sort of relationship with this guy and you broke up. If that is the case then the chances are that he won't come back but it may also depend on what reason he left you for. If it was his mistake you need not worry, may be he didn't deserve you and if it was your mistake then you can go to him and reconcile.

well no not all the time if u keep in touch with them you will find them and if youy love them youy have to make sure she love you back or if she is not with some other guy don't worry its going to work out
