Just ignore your little sis, she is probalbly just doing it because she knows it gets to you, I know its old advice but its true. Now as for this guy, I am in a similar situation with a girl at my college, but I would advise you to start up a conversation about something you both like, then bring up an event on the subject. For example talk about films, then point out a film that is in the cinemas at the moment and suggest going to see it together.
Also, if anyone could please help with my question in love I would be very gratefull, search 'grand gesture' or click my name for more details.

It takes position to all individuals---we get crushes on someone who would not understand we are alive. I had a weigh down on a guy clone of this once, and wasted fairly some my time pining away over him. different adult males might want to question me out, yet i assumed they were disgusting! one challenge I disagree with that you suggested is that you want to ask him out. WHY? shouldn't the boy be asking the female out? next time some guy is attempting to communicate with you, or asks you out, provide him a risk! those who're in touch in you're those you want to be giving a risk to, fairly of dropping some time in this guy who would not favor to bypass out with you!

If he says no, you'll forget about him eventually or when the next hot guy comes along. If he says yes, you get what you want.
You'll regret it for a moment if he says no, but you'll always wonder if you don't ask at all.
Ask him out, years from now you'll have a memory to laugh about with your sis.

i think if you think he is that hot then you should go for it...sisters always tease....that is their job i think...it seems like it anyway...if you do not want to do it maybe ask a friend to find out how he feels about you...or just ask him to something casual until you get to know how he feels about you...women do it all the time now a days...and if you do not take the chance then you will never know either.....

I personally do not liking asking guys out, but if you want to go out with him then get him to like you and hopefully he will ask you out and there is no problem.
