Does anyone know of any caravan sites in or around Torquay? I prefer the smaller quieter sites as opossed to the huge comercial ones, and would be interested in places such as Paignton, Brixham, Teignmouth or even Dawlish. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

There are quite a few in the area from what I remember but I haven't been caravanning since I was a kid. I've just a done google search on 'uk caravan sites' and the first three websites returned are

there is one on the teignmouth to newton abbot road as i used to live there as of last year u can see it on the hill down
near the seafront or try over the big bridge i carnt think of the name but its near devon clifs not sure if they accept statics try shaldon its a nice lil village

There's a great one at Goodrington sands called "beverly park"It's close to the water park too(quay west).

there are literally loads everywhere around there!! theres one that i like and its called beverly park in paignton.... its quite big.... but somehow quiet... its nice
