i have emails from my turkish freinds but they cannot write very good english is there a site i can down load to translate the emails

Please remember that computer translations might come up with a totally different meaning than the one intended by the writer. Computers translate literally, they can not translate what the words really mean.
The only time you can rely on computer translations is when the statement is very short: the sky is blue, where are you from?, do you have money, etc. When it comes to "feelings" the computer is useless. When it comes to inferred meaning, the computer is useless. Never ever use it to translate business correspondence!

there are free sites like Babel fish from alta vista
however turkish isnt a common language to translate.. you might struggle.

i don´t know if this will work, but if you get the yahoo toolbar, there is a part that allows you to translate a web page. its not always perfect, but i´m sure you´ll get the jist. try it!
