Is this a goow way to tell a guy that you are sorry for telling him that he wasn't your type even though he is:
Eddy I am sorry for saying that you weren't my type because guys like you actually are the guys that I like. I had said it because in the past other guys who remind me of you have broken my heart like my exboyfreind did. I didn't want to get my heart broken again. If you were a guy what eould you think of that. Is that ok to say or not? Thanks in advance for you help.

i think it sounds good...it just means that you are afraid to get hurt again....and i think it means that you need time to mend before going for another serious relationship...i think you wrote a letter just fine....

don't go telling about how past guys have broken your heart, he will think that you are good at handling that and do that too. just say, i think i made a mistake. i do actually really like you.. is the door still open?
that should work... don't go weeping about ex-boyfriends before the relationship even starts. ok?

I wouldnt try and justify your actions to him just let him know that you are interested but have been treated badly before so you are a little bit warey of guys who show interest and take it from there see how you do

If it were me, I'd listen to you and give you another chance. It's not like you cheated on me or anything, and beside's, I understand what it is like to have my own heart broken too. It hurts, bad.

great but make it a little simpler something like
"I was scared to say yes, because i was scared of falling in love with you"
if he asks why say
"I've let myself get hurt before but I really want to try again with someone special"

thats ok,however why would you want to be with someone that you already have a gut feeling will hurt you?stick with your gut feeling you have it for a reason.
